Six Million Dollar Man #2 - Neal Adams cover

Six Million Dollar Man #2, 1976 - Pain strikes through Steve Austin's arm, suspiciously coinciding with a needle stuck in a voodoo doll-like effigy. Neal Adams did work for Charlton's magazine series, but this is the only comic-sized effort that I'm aware of. Adams' realistic approach ties to the television series nicely. The modeling and depth make this cover stand out especially among the publisher's other bronze age titles. Other artists in this issue include Joe Staton. This is number 1 of 1 Six Million Dollar Man issues with Adams art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Adams issues. See also this blog's Adams checklist or Top 10 Adams comics.
