Haunted #13 - Steve Ditko art & cover

Haunted #13, 1973 - Intent on bilking his wife and rich father-in-law, a man masters the art of mental teleportation. Steve Ditko's artwork is fully engaging, despite the rigid six-panel grid. He particularly excels on several facial close-ups, revealing the mood and intent of the characters. Unfortunately, the ending is anti-climactic due to the small panel size. Spontaneous yet less skillful, his cover design accompanies the above story. Other artists in this issue include Pete Morisi and Pat Boyette. This is number 11 of 23 Haunted issues with Steve Ditko art and/or covers (reprints not included).
